Welcome everyone! I’m Marianne, a thirty-something living in Raleigh, NC with my petite Aussiedoodle, Astor, and my two cats, Luna and Neville. I recently moved from New York City to Blowing Rock, and then to Charleston for a year before coming back home.

I founded The M.A. Times in 2012 as a way to celebrate life’s simple beauties – from a delicious meal on a beautifully set table to the perfect linen dress or springtime-scented candle. Years later, it has become a platform to showcase my personal interior design endeavors and how I live within my own space.

I am driven by encouraging others to create a life they love through intentional and meaningful choices in design, and to seek magic within the mundane – making each day more beautiful than the last.
